Takes more than a week to open an account?!?

I applied for my corporate account to be transferred from MTN to Cell C more than a week ago. I was told 24 hours - 3 working days. I had to change my MTN account to a Prepaid - I dont even know how to load prepaid!!! This was a week ago. When enquiring the first time I was asked to resubmit all the documents that went with my original application. I asked what was done with the first docs I handed in & received an apology. I was then asked if I wouldnt consider taking one black phone & one white one as they didnt have stock, initially I said yes but phoned back half an hour later & said that I would prefer the original order which was two white phones, only to be told it would now take longer to transfer my account. Then I was told that I could fetch my phone yesterday Wednesday, when I got to the shop Vusi appologised again telling me that the account app could not be processed because my bank statements had been to old. I sent new bank statements & once again was told I could fetch my phone today. When enquiring now I was told the activation had not been done yet, I should follow up again tomorrow?!?!?! Really! Make a plan! Vusi is nice but somewhere something is wrong
