Telkom driver swearing at me in traffic

I was coming out of The Buzz shopping centre and drove slowly up to a red robot and then stopped with a gap in front of me for a car who looked like he was trying to get into the lane I was in. So I left a gap for him to come in, as I did this, the Telkom driver of licence plate number XDT076GP pulled up right next to my car, coming fairly close to hitting into to front of the car. He then said to me "WHAT THE IS YOUR PROBLEM, WHY THE ARE YOU NOT DRIVING FORWARD" at which point I tried to explain that I though the man next to me wanted to come into this lane (please bare in mind that the robot is still red), the driver then began swearing at me saying " YOU ARE A F*#$ING MAN".
Its bad enough that this guy would probably speak like this if he was in his personal car but he was in his Telkom bakkie/car which means he is a representative for Telkom and he speaks to people like that. It's utterly disgusting! This man should have disciplinary action taken against him!
