CELL C Pathetic Customer Service!!!

On Tuesday evening I contacted Cell C customer service to query my billing statement with regards to an internet fee of R1010.52 extra over and above my normal monthly bill, for I cannot understand how it would be possible due to not using the phone for any internet usage? I requested that they please investigate and list all the internet sites visited using the phone to see where these ridiculous charges are coming from. I spoke to a lady who was very helpful and stated that she has opened a case with a ref number and Cell C will contact me WITHIN 48 hours.

4 days has gone by with no response from Cell C. Saturday evening I phoned Cell C again who I spoke to a Michelle who clearly was not in the mood to assist due to the poor way in which she communicates and makes it very clear not being in the mood to help you from all the 'sighs' and bluntness in the way she speaks to you. That would make anybody crazy for a service provider to sigh in your ears over the phone when you are already p%ssed off from bad service!!

It has now been 6 days with NO response from Cell C. How long must I wait to get a response. You cannot charge somebody something without being able provide proof!
