A couple of times my phone has just been swithced off because I owed money and I phoned numerous times to sort it out, yet they kept demanding I owe them money and continued cutting my line. Eventually I called Head Office and spoke to Mandla which came to the conclusion that I was charged for itemized billing since Feb when I took out my contract, but I NEVER stated I wanted itemized billing! I insisted on the recording of the day i took out this contract, but like I suspected I was denied and was told he would get back to me the next day with an answer. Of course he never got back to me so I called him again and he then told me I would have to wait for an anser back from their IT department to see if I can get my money back... which he also told me is not gauranteed. I am still waiting and beginning to get very very impatient. I can pull all the telkom calls I have made to cell c and prove that over the last 5 months I have spent over R500 just to Cell C sorting a problem which was on their side. My phone has been cut off and I lost a lot of business as my phone is my income. I am now fed up with Cell C and want my refund or compensation. I also never have internet service!!!
