We have reported the Signal issue in our area with MTN and previously complained on hellopeter. After completing a form to solve our problem nothing has been done yet. It has been Months since this issue occured. As mentioned before I moved from Vodacom to Mtn because we had the same issue, as my housemate always had Full signal in our complex and area broadacres.
After a few motnhs MTN servise also became a problem. We can't phone, receive msges or internet service at home and we are paying for this service.
We expect a solution soonest or a release of our contracts. We are 3 ppl in my household with MTN.
2nd issie I have send my blackberry phone for repairs and I received it back only to give me problems again after 4weeks. I demand My upgrade to be moved forward so I can purchase a NEW PHONE or being re-embursed. How can I do business like this? No internet or service at home and a Phone that is not working.
