After having posted a post on hellopeter about MTN cresta, i found out that the specific store was not actually MTN but a franchise. This means that MTN centre cannot actually help you directly with any queries it has to be directed to the store who must than contact MTN. After waiting weeks for the manager at the franchise to call me, she did and reassured me that she will be resolving the issue personally and i will receive feedback the same day. This of course never happened, even after my boyfriend physically went there on the same day trying to get help. I'm amazed at the incompetence of that store's personnel and shocked at how MTN can sell franchise stores to such inadequate people, who at the end of the day eave a bad taste in their customers mouth! I am no longer wanting to fix the problem, all that is left now is to cancel the contract and move to another service provider who will actually answer my calls!
