Incorrect Billing and statements

I am classified as pre-legal by them when i called for why my sim swop done at Melrose Arch wasnt active 24hours after the fact.
I got bounced around trying to know why i was in pre-legal when my account was in advance.
Firstly i called twice before and call was wrongly transferred and in the re-routing again i got dropped twice. Third time lucky, i insist on writing names of people and Pasanta Manillall refused at first 3 times to issue me her full name, then she did and insisted that Dave Naicker would be able to help me as she cant see why im in pre-legal. i asked her is she certain that Dave would and she said yes. Dave got the call and had no clue as to why i am sent to him and also further this is the first he sees my account ever. He puts me on call without notifying me (i thought i was cut off or lines got cut). I then said to Dave i hope this call is being recorded and that i ask for a copy of the recording, which he acknowledged it was and i would receive. He then transferred me to one Jay Chana who has helped to give reasons as to problems. My issue is bad service from the incorrect billing, to the call takers not knowing reasons why im in prelegal and also my simswop
