Last night I went to the local chicken licken and at 19h30 they refused to open the store to paying customers. When I asked why the sign said they close at 21h00 the cashier replied that the sign only applies to JHB stores and not them. THEN WHY IS THE SIGN INCORRECT IN THE FIRST PLACE? They also refuse to operate the drive thru for reasons only they would know. This franchise is famous for their pathetic service throughout PE. It's the only CL franchise in PE so it's not like many of us have a choice but after this I refuse to support such a franchise that makes their own rules and do not wish to conform to the norm set out by their parent company.
