Waiting a long time for an in-office line move

Hi,

We have logged a request to have our phone/internet line moved from one office in the building to another in the same building. However, this was a few weeks ago and we have had no reaction or reply from Telkom yet. I have also phoned Telkom and they said they would sort it out soon, this still hasn't happened.
