Finrite Insurance Administrators
Very poor service

My phone was sent for repairs in the beginning of April and my accout was not up to date. I was not told that the phone will not be rapaired for just one overdue month, I only found out when I made a call to enquire. I then paid an overdue amount and was told to phone after three days of which i did. The second consultant informed me that she will send an email since my phone was still in storage and asked me to phone after three days again. I also did and the third consultant told me the same story again of the phone being in storage and promised to send an email again. I dont know why is all that happening because everyone keeps telling of sending an email. The forth consultant told the same story again and this is the forth week after the payment. I just don't understand why does the phone stays in storage for 4 weeks and they don't understand that i've already wasted R200 of airtime since im being kept on hold on the phone until i hung up everytime i try to get help. Their service is very very poor in that 4 emails were sent and still the phone is said to be in storage.
