Still wating for help

On 21 Sept I went to the store to do a Change of Ownership on contract. After leaving the store we went to Game, When I wanted to pay for goods I realized that my wallet was missing. I immediately went back to the store and asked if they did not see my wallet. The manager (also helped us on visit) said he didn't see anything after we left.
I saw the CCTV cameras and requested to view the footage of what happened, he said they so not have access to this and they can only assist e on Wednesday, 25 Sept. I accepted it and left my contact details.
On 25 Sept they never phoned me, and I made contact, A lady took a message and after few hours I left for the shop. Spoke to the manager and he promised that he will contact me the following day.
After almost 2 weeks I am still waiting for a call.
If this is how far they go with customer service it is really bad.
