I went to go and request bank statements for my business account on Friday 22 March 2013 to send to my accountants dealing with my business tax. I spoke to Lebogang who informed me that I should have been receiving them via email, but had not been due to an error on their system. I requested that they be emailed to me and she promised to do so immediately and call me to confirm their system had updated my details before end of day. No emails or calls were forthcoming. I went again on Tuesday the 26 March and she apologized saying she had forgotten and would send immediately. No emails came through. I went again on Wed 27 March complaining that it was now super urgent as the deadline was 28 March for tax and I have not received the statements. She said she was sure she sent them - I checked my inbox and spam again in front of her and showed her - no emails. She promised to resend. It is now 2nd April, I have never received them, but got a lovely message from SARS that i have a fine. THANK YOU FNB AND LEBOGANG FOR YOUR INCOMPETENCE...
