We have experienced poor reception at our home in saxonwold. My wife tried on many occasions with the call centre at Vodacom. We had poor or no reception and were continously being given excuses. I logged a query with one of the engineers Mr Raj Pather and informed me that he will help. Within a few days he had one of the engineers out to our place, tested the signal and subsequently installed a booster. I felt that it will be unjust not to recognise Raj for going the extra mile to assist and restore confidence that people in vodacom do care. Rgds vish chetty
