I logged a complaint (22:05 Tue 5 Mar) which was following up on network issues that never seem to get sorted out or even actioned. This complaint was laid two weeks ago and Cell C replied back to say I should expect a call and a response as a matter of urgency. I am still waiting for the call or even a resolution to the issue? All I want is a phone that works!? is that really too much to ask!?
