Hi,
I reported a complaint almost 2 weeks ago (9 May 2013) regarding my contract upgrade where I was charged for the old contract and the old price.
I only received a short respose saying that the matter has been escalated and that I would be contacted directly with feedback and an action plan.
To date I have not recived any feedback. This service is unaccaptable. Very disappointed with MTN and the poor level of customer service.
Hopefully with this second complaint I will get a response?
