I am honestly sick of Cell C and their "customer care" or lack thereof.
I emailed Cell C formally inquiring whether a data package contract switch would be possible.
After it had been so long that I'd actually forgotten about the email all together I finally received a reply.
Let's not get into the terrible English used in this reply, but rather what had happened afterwards (nothing.)
The reply simply stated that because the contract I was asking about was not in my name, that they have to second check the account owner about the contract switch before it could be done.
I told them I would get the contract owner to give them a call ASAP.
I called Cell C one last time, just to make sure the contract switch would not be time consuming the account owner, and that it could be done rather simply - I was assured this is the case, and there wouldn't be a problem.
So finally I got the contract owner to make the call for the switch of data packages. The call lasted roughly half an hour and next to nothing was done.
I called again, was assured that the account owner would receive a call within half an hour and yet again, nothing was done.
I need this switch before the 1st.
