I bought a unipin voucher at BP last night. notwithstanding the fact that this is prepaid electricity and its important to have a good service. i followed the usual process and waited for an sms with the voucher number back and nothing. i contacted them via sms, via email and i still dont have anything back since. this is not the firsgt time this happens. they do not have a contact centre and for a service of this nature, you need 24/7 support like you do with cellphone service providers.
i am disgusted by such a service in 2013 and i will no longer brush this off. this matter needs to be resolved once and for all. i saw many reports of unipin on this platform and a company should not exists after so many negative reports.
