Upgrade nightmare

I upgraded my Ceil phone contract after numerous calls from Autopage to the Apple Iphone 5 on the 28 Feb 2013. After numerous e-mails & telephonecalls from me with no joy about where my phone was & what was happening I cancelled my upgrade & my contract on the 23 April 2013. I have been charged for the last 3 months for the new contract but I have no phone. I have also cancelled my MTN broadband on the same date & have not yet received any confirmation of this either.
