Pathetic turn around time

Hi,

How long does it take telkom mobile to solve a query... WHOLE 2 WEEKS, Im still waiting for feedback even after sendind all the info u required which I sent twice by the way.

THIS JUST CLEARLY SHOWS THAT SOMEBODY JUST DOESNT GIVE A STUFF and here I was thinking porting to u guys was a good idea.
