Mtn

In June 2011 I took out a contract with MTN Columbine and told the lady that i will use my current sim but when i went to collect the phone a new sim had been activated i took it nonetheless. When i got home I took out the new sim and inserted my current one.

I continued to honour the contract without using the new sim. The 24 months contract expired in June this year. 1st August i called MTN to cancel the contract and was told that I'll pay the last instalment end August. The instalmnet went off to my shock another instalment went off end of Sept and when i enquired i was told its because of extra calls i made after terminating the contract.

I told them that I had never used the sim even once so it means that the 2years that ive been paying for someone has been using the sim and after they realised i terminated the contract they made extra calls. I asked MTN for the itemised billing and I've been told one thing by Reabetse and Daphney that it's being emailed through and it's been more than a week.

Clearly there was on that number and just like any other honest citizen i want to get to the bottom of this.
