Fustrated due to appalling service

I purchased a dstv decoder and subscribed for premium package on the 1st of December. On the 31st of December I made a payment of 260 rands via pick and pay northgate. On the 4th of January my service was disconnected. We called the call centre and were told that we had been watching a full bouquet and needed to top up payment plus pay a reconection fee. We told them this was wrong as we paid for a compact bouquet. A few hours later and a number of calls to the call centre we were reconected. On the 2nd of February we made payment via the absa northgate atm. On the 4th of February we were again disconected. Another series of calls to the call centre and were told that the money was in the wrong account. We were assured that this was being rectified and were reconnected.
On the 1st of February I visited the dstv offices in person to try and sort this out. I had received notification that I owed 592 for my dstv. I was attended to by a guy at counter 82. He told me that the prior months Feb payment had not been credited to my account. He told me he had sent mail to accounts to rectify. I paid 260 for the compact for March. I owe nothing- Today I've been disconected again
