In August I have started another new contract through the Online channel, after being a Vodacom customer for almost 10 years
The phone that was delivered could not be activated due to vodacom loading it as a Transfer of ownership
They have replaced that handset with a new one and new sim card again which I could use, till end of the month where charged me for a phone and sim I do not have, in the strugle of getting that other number cancelled, they end up cancelling my current number and now I have to wait for it to be re activated, which they are unable to do now, so now I just have to wait, and all I am told is be patient sir, but with more than 3 mistakes in less than 2 months, then you still end up being transferred from one call centre to another
I have just had enough of the bad service being offered from vodacom
