MTN Ref: 47833... After 2 months delay in responding to my official complaint that MTN are unable to supply satisfactory service in my area, I finally received a letter from MTN on 14 Jan 2013, with acknowledgement of responsibility for unsatisfactory service, stating that Nashua must terminate my contract. There was no mention of penalties and migration fees that Nashua are now wanting to impose on me. I am still paying for a service that is totally useless while MTN and Nashua Mobile pass the buck between themselves.
What can I do now?
