The 4th complaint about the same problem

This is the 4th time I am writing about the same issue, 8 Ta have not made good on their promises, 8 ta has kept my original number in suspension for about 3 months now, where I could not use the number and receive important business calls. I have lost a lot of business this way. After numerous complaints, phone calls and visits to the 8ta shop in the Kolonade centre, A`shiq Mohamed Osman informed me that the contract has been cancelled and that the number can now be used as a prepaid number that I can port out to the service provider of my choice! and then A`shiq Mohamed Osman informed me that the the I phone 5 will be fetched from my home by a rep, I complied, and handed the phone over to Rudzan Lidzhaide on the 27 of September (he signed a document and I have witnesses). then on the 3rd of October i received a bill of R 7904.71 for the Iphone 5! and at the same time 8 TA refused to port my number out to MTN like they clearly promised! I have no other choice but to take the matter further, and i'm afraid 8Ta do just what they like with customers and write a pre written answer on all their responses to Hellopete
