Cell c does not want to fix the SMS problem

Good Day

I have a problem receiving SMS since Saturday Morning (30 September 2013).
The problem has happened suddenly and
I need to receive SMS because all my notifications from my bank transactions I received via SMS and I can now not add any beneficiary due to the fact I don't receive
any. I have call the call centre

on Saturday about 6 times and the give me a code to reset the services but it didn't work.
They locked a call at the IT department and said to we it will take to working days to fix it today is
Friday and it is not fixed. I also using My Tools and the SMS's is not even displayed there

I hope this issue could be resolved ASAP
