Pathetic CellC Service on 3G internet

I purchased a 3G internet/data dongle from Cell-C only to realise that between the hours of 16h00 and 23h00 that there is no or pathetic internet service i.e. continuous interruptions. This has been going on for several months and despite several complaints via their website, I have still not received one response. I submitted a formal complaint to their Vangate Mall branch only to be told that they are unable to assist as they have no authority to resolve the matter. The formal complaint was submitted several weeks ago and I have still not received a response from Cell-C head office. Cell-C has over-subscribed their internet bandwidth in the Welcome Estate (Athlone) area resulting in Internet Servers being unavailable when trying to log in. I strongly advise others to use other service providers. Cell-C has failed dismally in the areas of technology, process and customer service. Why did I pay R1, 800 a year? I'd like my money back.
