After logging a complaint about the service I have received from Vodacom last week, I only receive one call saying that I will be called back. I am still waiting for that call back and my application query is till not resolved.
I have found a new handset that I would like to apply for and for the past day, the online shop has been giving me an error message, so I cannot even do that.
I honestly am very disappointed in the service I have received and this after I made the choice to move my business from MTN, thinking I would get better service from Vodacom.
