Suspension of services due to incorrect billing

Incompetency and inefficiency resulted in suspension of services after spending 3 hours on cellphone explaining to agent that shortfall payment is result of insurance for handset activated with renewal of contract after No clearly written on renewal notice form. I telephonically had to call insurance departement to cancel insurance as no responce was received on emails - agent was informed of shortpayment to be made and accounts to be informed accordingly which clearly was not done.
