This is the third time I am complaining on Hello Peter. My husband and I found out in januray that budget was taking R476.91 from my husbands account every month, as the payment for insurance on MY Honda Jazz, after my husband phoned for a QUOTE on HIS Opel Astra. We have e-mailed their customer services, my husband has complained on Hello Peter, we have phoned them, etc etc. After my last complaint they did phone me, apologised for the delay and said they will work as fast as possible to get our money refunded. This was TWO WEEKS ago! This is starting to feel as if they hope that if they take their time then maybe we will just let it go! But WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK! Stop wasting our time and pay up!
