Am I the victim of a practical joke?

At the beginning of the financial year, our company moved premises from Gauteng, to KZN. From 28 March 2013 I have been trying to get MTN update the postal address and the email address and to email me the billing information. It is now 01 October 2013 and they still can't get it right. I have filled out and sent them 2 different change of address forms, supplied four letters on company letterheads signed by a director, plus a copy of his ID, made 3 phone calls and exchanged no less than 52 emails. I have received 2 sms's in the middle of the night to let me know that they have done what I asked them to. I have also received 8 emails from MTN from early March until now claiming falsely that they have successfully updated the information. They haven't. If it wasn't so irritating, it would be funny.
