Hi, my number was migrated to Pay as you go from a contract and now I cant send an SMS from my phone If I add another MTN sim to the phone it works perfectly so I know its not the phone settings. Ive been using MTN since 2003.
Can someone please help me.
Ive called 173 5 times. Nobody knows how to help so I presume its linked to the migration. Please assist as everything was fine with this number for two years till now.
