Non-delivery, bad attitude, incorrect information

Requested a migration from one contract to another on the 19th of July.
Got an sms to say it has been migrated.
When I phoned on the 26th of August to check, it had however not been migrated.
Person on 082 111 number told me he could see that the migration was logged, and he would get back office to phone me today to sort out. No one phoned.
I phoned 082 111 back. They told me I cant speak to them (!) I need to speak to corporate call centre.
Corporate call centre told me they had no record of the migration, or of yesterday's conversation.
Pam (call centre agent) was rude and unhelpful and did not understand the she and the guy the previous day are representing the same company. She seemed to blame him.
She gave me a number (011 506 4293) to phone. The number does not exist!
Shocking service, terrible process and systems.
I'll be looking a network provider that is not incompetent.
