I sent my phone in on 16 August for software and charging problems. my phone is still under warrantee so I wasn't expecting any extra billing. I went today (1 October) to check on the status of my phone to be told that they have not touched on my phone until I pay R284.38 to fix a minor crack in the corner of my phone (it doesn't influence the usage of the phone so its not necessary) they refuse to start working until I pay for something that I don't want to have fixed and does not NEED to be fixed.
In the time my phone was sent in, I did not receive any calls from them even though they claim they called to tell me about the extra billing!!!
I am very disappointed with the service and lack of responsibility from this company.
