When you need to talk to someone in MTN management you reach... duh.. no one! I have 4 contracts with MTN and they have messed up my data card billing, MTN owe me now R3, 288.71 coming from July 2013, still not sorted out!! Incompetent MTN regional/head office as well as MTN dealer network!! As long as you pay via debit order you'll come 2nd, getting bent over and shafted! This month my debit order is R5, 100! All I ask is for MTN to deposit my money, R3288, back into my bank account immediately, isn't it a fair request, now it's stories about month-end and someone to sign off!! There is no doubt that I'll convert to another cellular network as soon as my contracts expires, I've calculated that I will save at least R2, 000 on my current monthly bill (R24, 000 per year!!) by converting to 8ta/ Telkom!!
