Delayed response-NO SURPRISES there

I went into a telkom shop to enquire about my account. Apparently there are 2separate accounts.1 I receive by post and the other by email.the 1by post is for my line and voice and the other is my adsl line and internet subscription. Also a credit was passed on my account that will not reflect until my next bill statement but yet a demand has already been made and the account been handed over to a debt recovery company who have threatened to black list me. According to my statement from them I am in credit for about R700 and owe about R119 on the other. I was told that I'd telkom already handed me over then any queries had to made to the debt recovery company and not them. So for now I'm not sure what to do since they do not want to hear about any credit that needs to be passed, all they are interested in is the payment. I am of the opinion that when this whole thing is cleared that I will need to be remunerated for all the inconvenience and stress they have caused. I will now have to get my lawyer involved as it is becoming a little messy for me to do by myself.
