I bought a blackberry 9320 from Vodacom The Grove Mall in Pretoria East in November 2012. Ever since the phone has went for repairs more than 8 times and it is still giving problems. It is a contract phone and I am paying for BIS every month and I only get to use it for 2 weeks in a month because it is always gone for repairs. Vodacom does not want to exchange the handset for as they say there is nothing wrong with it but the keep repairing it. They always tell me that there is nothing they can do for me. I must keep bringing it for repairs. It is the same response I got from their head office. PLEASE ASSIST.
