On previous occasions I have attempted to contact you using the CONTACT THROUGH WEBSITE FORM, and have had NO response.

I migrated my Internet Package from a 2mbps line to a 4 mbps mid July and have selected that the data package remain at 20Gig.
Looking at my most recent bill due I have been charged for x2 20GIG data.
Your billing system is confusing and not user friendly.

Please can you explain the double charge.
I am not contactable by telephone, thus please respond via email.
