Last year I went to Ematsheni Police station to open the case for the father of my child who is abusing me, they wrote a Protection order but they never give it to him because he works in Jhb, the said I must give them the call if he is around so that the bring that protection order. But when I phone them they don't bother to come. So I have been trying to open the case for him several time without getting help. He is not only abusing me only even my friends and family. The other day he took my cell phone but when I went to the police they did nothing.
On the 25th of May 2013 he came to me and bit me badly, and also he damaged my grandmothers cars. So again my granny and went to Ematsheni police Station we spoke to Constable Mpofu and Zondo, first of all they were drunk, they said to I don't have a case so as my granny. The following day we phone the station commandor he said there is nothing he can do for me. I don't know what to do know because almost every day this guy is treating me.
