I have been struggling for almost 2 weeks to get my 8ta reactivated, I have spoken (cost on me, at cell phone rates) to two supervisors, and 3 other staff members, I have sent a few e-mails, all I get is promises, promises. Never will I continue with any contract with them. You can not even make a payment at the branch- how is that for service. I have lost so many GB due to incompetence, and all they can say is sorry. Well sorry does not make it right, I am still waiting for the promised call.
