I have had constant problems with the Blackberry 9790 I bought from Vodacom. As per the norm, the handset rebooted out of nowhere forcing me to re-enter my BB ID password. To my surprise after two chances I was blocked out and was forced to reset my password. I tried for ages on the BB website with no success (got an error). I called in to the Vodacom call centre quite annoyed and spoke to Zameer who took me through the process until I was sorted. At some point the line cut and he called back to continue taking me through the process. When I called in to the call centre I was so drained by the handset (worst BB handset I ever owned) but Zameer was patient and managed to ensure that by the end of the call, my issue was resolved, It was such a pleasure to be assisted by him. Thank you Zameer! Great service is not that common in this country so it is always refreshing to come across a person who values the clients and empathises with them as he assists them. Well done Zameer and thank you for your great service. :)
