New phone not exchanged due to fault

Two contracts were taken out for the S4mini, however one phone the battery does not last as long as the other phone. So within that "7days" exchange period I gave my phone and was told that it must first go to their servicing centre to rectify that there is a problem with the phone, but the 7 days period the phone supposed to be exchanged. From last week Friday I did not receive any news on the new phone I was going to get, as I had to go myself to the shop and was told that the place in Midrand only received the phone on Wednesday! this is highly upsetting as the phone was supposed to be exchanged in store the day I took it back. People at CellC are lazy and full of and I have had numerous problems with them in the past. Pathetic service delivery!!! get your act together soon and fast
