We reported our out of order internet the first time on 15-01-2013. I got passed onto 4 different departments. I was on the phone for 2 hours, still no help. Tried phoning again the next day, but the same thing. On 19-01-2013, we went to the Telkom shop at Festival Mall, I phoned from there and no one answered the phone. On 22-01-2013 I tried again, no one could help me again. Wednesday we received and sms saying: 'Found to be free of defects, if still not working, sms my number 011-3954640 followed by @F". Till this day I have had no help to reconnect my internet. Reference no 1619CRK210113. The term they use: "Line not sinking".
