Hi MTN
I would like to know why MTN refuses to hand over copies of false contracts created on my name?
Why would I the consumer not be allowed to have copies of these contracts and recordings made for legal purposes?
Why would MTN withold my rights as a consumer to information they supplied the ombudsman?
Why would issue's be resolved without any information supplied to either myself or the Ombudsman?
Why is it that the so called ombudsman all of a sudden does not exist???
Neither MTN or the Ombudsman returns my mails as to why this valued information is withheld from me and the Ombudsman!
Fustration does not even begin to explain where I am at right now!!!
