Hi i visited food lovers in fourways on the 11th and 18th of January on both occasions the price scanned was different to the price advertised. On the 11th i only noticed i was overcharged on returning home, i made sure i check the price on the next visit however they do not display the price per kg when an item is being weighted and scanned. on both occassions the peaches and grapes scanned at a higher price than that displayed. i asked to speak to the manager Charl who advised that he will fix the prices on the system on Monday. So you have been over charging customers for 2 weeks or maybe even more and this was early on the Saturday morning and the store manager upon being informed of this would rather have customers pay more for an item rather than fix his system. also the weekend is the busiest time in this store so he rather make some more money by overcharging customers. this is just dishonest.
furthemore i bought watermelon and peaches that looked good but was rotten by Monday,
be careful of this store you are better off shopping at Woolworths than this store.
