I bought a pack of nappies on 26 December as the price in store was advertised as R149. The next day when I looked at my till slip, I noticed I was charged R190 for the pack. I returned it on the 27 December thinking maybe I had seen the wrong price. The special price was still advertised in store and when I pointed this out the manager just said it was on special but it's over. I have never been to a retailer that won't apologize for the inconvenience and honour the price advertised.
