Kindly be warned that this is another of many ISP that force you to pay for a 1 month advance cancellation even though you not even making use of their service. I noticed their download speeds was not consistent and switched to a different isp. My billing i received today makes no sense. I was mailed with a link to a detailed statement which does not work. I subscribed to their service 10/01/13 and cancelled for december. At the end of november i owed a R470.I made a payment of R235 in december and today i receive a mail saying i owe R807.How is that possible? I would have more clarity if their detailed billing actually worked like it should.another fail just like their download speeds
