Ok, so I posted on here more than a week ago. Got a response from Cell C the same day and got an sms giving me a reference number and telling me someone will be contacting me shortly... I am still waiting for that call. I find it absolutely shocking and I will be cancelling my debit order. If Cell C wants to cut me off, then so be it. But why must I pay for a service I am not getting?? I am not a very happy customer at this point and from the end of this month I will not be a Cell C customer anymore. I am stopping all debit orders as of today!!!
