I have not had data services in my area since the weekend. Despite logging a call with CellC to notify them of the issue in the area, they are not able to state what the issue is, when it may be resolved, and will not answer questions about post paid data billing for services they are not rendering. When contacting the CellC call center, I have been transferred between billing, technical, follow-up, customer care and back to to billing etc. Nobody is prepared to answer a question and on several occasions my calls have simply been cut off by the call center agent, despite promising to answer them.
