I left a similar complaint on the 5th of Jan this year...
I had run out of data, and with it being close to month end, i think it is correct (this time).
However... I then went and bought a 2gb data bundle, and got back online again.
This lasted for about an hour before I went to bed, i even switched off my wifi router (just in case), but low and behold, the next morning when i turned it on... Out of bundle...
I did not even considering phoning the helpdesk again, as i know from my previous experience they cannot verify the usage, only give totals, which is sort of useless if its incorrect...
I see this as breach of contract, as I'm not getting what I'm paying for.
@8.ta: Please do not bother responding unless you can give me back my purchased 2gb.
