I was migrated to the incorrect package and logged a query 2 weeks ago with Vodacom
I have made numerous calls to rectify this and am being shoved from pillar to post
Is this the way to treat your customers.
Calls for the agent that assisted me with the migration was suppose to be pulled, does this take years or days to resolve because this call is being pulled for the past 2 weeks now.
I am utterly disgusted by the service.
I dont see how i am suppose to pay for the incorrect package that i was migrated to.
